About Mike Lucas

I consider myself a very lucky Realtor. I grew up in Westland/Livonia, attending Livonia schools, and have had the opportunity to serve buyers and sellers all over SE Michigan and beyond. This occupation takes me everywhere & anywhere for my clients! I love where I live and work but also love what I do. I'm fortunate to work in an industry where building relationships and use of technology mix perfectly. I believe my previous experience in commercial sales management has helped learn how to maximize my time, making me available to my clients nearly at all times. Combining up to date marketing techniques along with an "old school" work ethic has been my key to success the last 20 years. Buying or selling your home, whether it is your first or not, should be a memorable and smooth experience. I work hard on both sides of the transaction to ensure my clients have such memories and in turn, very little stress during the process. Whether you are buying or selling, my goal is to navigate you from start to finish. I pride myself on listening skills, communication, negotiation, being detailed oriented and helping clients with direction and decision making.
